It is always rewarding (as the client) to know that the company that represents your interest has a good customer focus.

I made a speculative inquiry, a couple of weeks after returning home and after a full diagnosis of my injury had been made, in order to ascertain the level of cover I was receiving. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I was covered for the injury sustained.

GMRS dealt with my claim in a quick and professional manner. Unfortunately I wasn’t prepared for the bureaucracy I encountered when dealing with The NHS. However I have to say that  James Clarke kept me up to date and informed at each level of process.
